Peter Koutras is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach at Fast Track Fitness. Peter completed his B.Sc.Kin at the University of Ottawa, and has been leading people to healthier and more active lifestyles for over 10 years. Peter's holistic training is fun and makes you feel good with a “movement is medicine” approach. Peter enjoys any activity that offers an intense sweat such as soccer, volleyball, running and strength training. After completing many 10k, and half marathons, Peter's goal is to run a marathon by 2014. As a lululemon fitness ambassador Peter offers energizing workouts and events to help uplift our community.
