Alex McCullough first began practicing yoga in January 2008. She had been practicing a regimen of physical fitness for twenty years but had never tried yoga. She went to her first yoga class not knowing what to expect, but before the end of the class was over she was sweating and moving and completely invigorated. Alex began a regular practice, which at first was based purely on the physical aspects of yoga, but soon discovered breath, awareness, and an inner stillness that she had not known before. Reflecting on the beautiful process of yoga and its many benefits, Alex wanted to share her experience with others, and decided to get certified to teach yoga. Lindsey is the epitome of fitness. She is the head trainer and co-founder of CrossFit Kings Point and is the former Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of the University of Florida cheerleading team. She coaches and trains with a passion and was a CrossFit Games regional qualifier in 2010 and 2012. She is CrossFit Level 1 Certified, CrossFit Endurance Certified, USA Weightlifting Certified and is a USAW Performance Coach.
