Ali Cramer ERYT is honored to be one of the Co-Creative Directors of Laughing Lotus NYC, as well as teaching for both the Lotus 200 hour and 300 hour Teacher Training Programs. Her Lotus Flow Vinyasa classes are inspired by her past life in dance and choreography, her passion for Ayurveda, the play of music, body, and breath, and the energy and community of New York City. She is infinitely grateful to her Teachers, Dana Flynn, Jasmine Tarkeshi, Maya Tiwari, Robert Svaboda, and Scott Blossom. Jeffrey Villanueva

Jeffrey Villanueva began his journey of Yoga in 2007, immediately reaching an emotional level within the practice that struck him. Yoga has taught him compassion, love, and all the tenets to be cultivated as a yogi in his journey to be of service, not only to himself, but through himself to the world. He feels he has been very blessed to be in the Jivamukti community and to become a certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, respectfully thanking Sharon-ji, David-ji, and Russell Simmons for making that possible. Born and raised outside of NYC, Kara spent her early years competing in dance competitions up and down the East Coast. Her love and passion for dance led her to the University of Texas where she pursued a BFA in Dance. Upon graduation, she danced professionally across Latin America, Canada and throughout the US before finally settling down in Manhattan in 2008. It wasn’t long before Kara stumbled upon Lululemon Union Square that she joined the team an Educator. As any Lululemon Educator would do in NYC, she took advantage of the countless fitness classes in the neighborhood – from dance, to yoga to Aerospace – she found herself craving an intense workout and sweat. Nadia Lehmejian

After a good journey of experiences in the 9 years she’s been practicing, and the 4 years she’s been teaching Bikram’s yoga, Nadia’s teaching is highly compassionate, and yet still inspires you to work very hard. As an athlete, Nadia knows the importance of pushing herself to her limits, and then surpassing them, re-defining them over and over again, in order to constantly improve and achieve new physical goals. Rima was introduced to Jivamukti Yoga in 2001 while working in Brand Management at a Consumer Packaged Goods Company. She was instantly taken by the beautiful exchange people from all walks of life could experience on their mat. Rima believes that through that kind of genuine interaction, one comes to recognize one's highest qualities, developing a sense of familiarity with oneSelf. Rima is currently an Advanced Certified Jivamukti teacher at the Jivamukti Yoga School in NY. She is forever grateful to her teachers who bring out the best in her and to her students without whom there are no teachers.
