In November, we have a whole cornucopia of in-store events for you. As always, classes are complementary--it's just our way of saying thanks!
Heading up the line-up is David Barton Gym Astor Place, which will be supplying our store with fantastic yoga instructors for the Sunshine Yoga classes each Saturday from 9 to 10am. If you want to add more fitness to your weekends, join us for Intensati Sundays the first 4 weekends of the month. Finally, get your groove on with our very own Sarita Lou, educator extraordinaire and star of the new fitness DVD, Dance and Be Fit: Hip Hop Cardio. She'll be teaching the last Sunday of the month--perfect timing to work of that Thanksgiving feast!
