Tom’s earliest school memories are of running cross-country at the age of 8. Tom doesn’t seem to remember much else from that era, so we think it's safe to say that Tom likes his running. So obviously Tom is not a happy chap when injuries prevent him from greeting the morning sun. Shin splints, ankle sprains, orthopedic inserts and lower back issues ignited a thorough form self-assessment in an effort to stay healthy. Tom got more in return than he could have hoped for, and has since conquered marathons, organized and participated in a 50km charity run around the circumference of Manhattan, finished a 50-miler at altitude, and cremated his orthopedic inserts with pride. We get the feeling this is just the beginning…
With a thorough knowledge in Evolution and Chi Running, Tom is more than useful for those who want to feel the explosive power of efficient form whilst bidding farewell to nagging injuries. He also pretty handy at navigating fresh trails, in fresh powder!
