July is the month for Runners. As the heat continues and the sweat begins to pour, runners continue to strut their stuff. Come and join us for complimentary Runners Chat forums to learn how to treat certain injuries and learn tidbits on how to care for the runners' body. Don't forget, the run club continues on with two dates during the week. Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am and Thursday evenings at 6:45 pm.
