Jaime Windrow, RD
Eat well. Train smart. Live life.™

Lululemon Run Ambassador

A Radio City Rockette for more than 12 years, Jaime Windrow is currently a Registered Dietitian (RD), certified Pilate’s instructor and USAT Certified Triathlon coach who loves to share her passion for sports, health and fitness. An athlete all of her life, Jaime started dancing at the age of three and competed in track and field, swimming and gymnastics throughout her child and teenage years. In 1999, Jaime re-entered the multi-sport arena, where she started training and racing as a way to offset the stress and pressures of being a professional dancer. In the past 10 years, Jaime has become an accomplished triathlete with a number of age-group wins and podium finishes. An HM All-American with USAT in 2007 and 2008, Jaime has also been a sponsored athlete representing such brands as Aquaphor® and Goody®.

Always active in the sports and dance community, Jaime knew she wanted to be even more involved in the industry, and saw the value of nutrition in helping athletes and dancers maximize their potential, improve performance and aid in healing injury. She received her B.S. in Nutrition from Hunter College and completed her dietetic residency at Mount Sinai Hospital and is currently finishing her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition at NYU, all while performing as a Radio City Rockette.

In 2009, Jaime launched her own nutrition, coaching and lifestyle business centered around the philosophy of Eat well. Train smart. Live life.™ She uses her extensive professional training and personal approach to balance – balance between sound nutrition and dedicated training. Jaime works with both clients and athletes to help them benefit from a healthier approach to living well. In addition to her own business, Jaime is a triathlon coach for TriLatino, a New York Road Runners BRIX coach, an assistant swim coach for Team New York Aquatics and he is so excited and honored to be Lululemon’s new Run and Tri Ambassador over the next year! Her big races for 2009 are St Croix 70.3 & Eagleman 70.3 half-ironman triathlons, and Ironman Lake Placid. One day Jaime hopes to race in the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
