Open your heart, mind and body with a complimentary, open-level hour of Anusara yoga practice led by Julie Dohrman! **Followed by 10 minute in-store mini massages!
*SUNDAY 11AM-12PM*
Give thanks to your lower body and come stretch out your hamstrings, calves, IT bands, quads and hips. This hour long class is specifically tailored for high-impact athletes taught by Anusara teacher, Ashleigh Altman!
