We are here to support your goals. Join us every Saturday and Sunday for a complimentary fitness class, all levels welcome!
This month we are very excited to be hosting our Saturday classes on site at Bar Method, rather than here in our store. Class will begin at 8:15 am, arrive fifteen minutes early to check in. The Bar Method is located on Coast Hwy in the Crystal Cove Promenade, right across from Javier's.
Sunday morning we will be back here at Fashion Island for yoga at 9:30 a.m with the inspiring instructors from YAS.
