For the month of June, we have challenging yet fun Cardio Saturday classes every Saturday from 8:30-9:30am with rockstar instructors from Equinox.
This month our Sundays are Mat Pilates classes from 9:30am to 10:30am! Yoga Works is our featured studio of the month!
