Hi everyone, my name is Alex Arreguin and I'm a Personal trainer at Equinox of Newport Beach. I grew up in a small town near Wright Wood California. Growing up I was involved in racing motocross and playing football. I'm the kind of person who loves staying active and being outdoors. Making the best of everyday and challenging myself either physical or mental is something I strongly believe in. At the age of 17 I got involved in training. Once I had seen how it changed my life, I knew it was something that I wanted to do for a living. There is nothing better than helping a client reach his or her goals and seeing them transform there body. Hard work always pays off.
