Roman teaches at Inner Strength Studio in Watertown, MA. He teaches because Yoga moved him so deeply that he felt compelled to lead other down the path of Yoga. Originally from Elizabeth, New Jersey, Roman comes from a big family of 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He attended high school in Falmouth, MA.

Where can we find you on a day off?

I don't consider what I do work and therefore I don't have a day off. Inner Strength is home to me. You can find me there.

What is your favorite snack?

I love to eat avocados and pretzels.
