Erin is the owner of a little yoga, a heated power vinyasa studio in Wellesley's Linden Square Plaza. Erin teaches because yoga brings her joy, she wants to share it! Originally from New York, Erin moved to Wellesley when she was 10. She went to Noble and Greenough School in Dedham for high school and then went to Boston College. After she graduated college, Erin stayed in the Boston area. She now lives in Wellesley again with her husband and 2.5 year old identical twin boys! Tim has been a trainer, coach and elite triathlete for 20 years. Tim is the Fitness Director at the Wayside Swim and Racquet Club in Marlboro. Tim is also a Coach for Carmichael Training Systems. He has coached Ironman Champions, World and National Champions in triathlon and cycling. Tim’s athlete’s range from elite professionals to beginners.
