Yoga Prana
Andy’s first experience with meditation was at the age of 5 when he went to Tai Chi with his mom. He felt peace just by observing the practitioners moving with grace and ease. In 2001, Andy felt a strong desire to reconnect with this state. Serendipitously (or maybe not?) yoga and meditation appeared on his path. At his first yoga class, he was awed by the power of being totally present, like when he was a kid lying in the snow, watching clouds. Andy is now a certified and experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200 hours) with Yoga Alliance. His teachings have been influenced by workshops and teacher trainings offered by the Sivananda organization, David Swenson, John Friend, Mark Darby and Martin Kirk. Andy is presently furthering his studies in the Anusara yoga tradition... Read the profile >>

/// I started practicing yoga in 2001, as part of my training in classical ballet at Montreal's Conservatory of Dance. Tala has always had a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and has made sure to get the academic background that would support her passion! As an accredited Kinesiologist with the Federation des Kinesiologues du Quebec, she went on to obtain a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She has taught at the university level, worked in anti-doping, and trained everyone from older aged adults, athletes, and teenagers to everyone in between. She even went on to complete two years of a doctorate degree in Health and Exercise Psychology. However, it was only after those two years that she realized that she was happiest when she was training clients, getting involved in the community and being with people. Following her instints, she very recently withdrew from her phd, and... Read the profile >>
/// Early on, I loved to stand on my... Read the profile >>
