"I've been into fitness all my life. It gives me great joy to have the ability to create fun, safe and effective workouts for my clients. I love helping my clients achieve what they did not think was possible. It is my greatest reward and privilege to see them look and feel their best" -Geraldine Caldart. Lululemon Ambassador 2009-2010

Geraldine is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She teaches indoor cycling, aerobics and muscle conditioning. Furthermore, one of Geraldine`s great interests lies in the TRX suspension training system (which she helped introduce to Victoria Park in Montreal as part of an innovative group fitness class format). Geraldine has also been a ballet dancer since the early age of nine.

Geraldine`s passion of becoming a fitness instructor stemmed from her interest and belief in the benefits of physical activity combined with proper lifestyle choices combined with the appreciation she feels toward the people she meets through her work and every experiences. As a result, this motivated her to seekformal studies in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Clinical Exercise Physiology at Concordia University in Montreal.

Geraldine`s technical experitise allows for safe, effective exercise couple with great fun and energy. Geraldine best describes her classes as a mental oasis because her participants are able to enjoy the moment while developing long lasting health benefits.

Geraldine is currently working on projects to combine different modalities of exercise, in example TRX with Pilates. The purpose of this class will be to develop deep core strength and overall muscle conditioning in a balanced and functional way. In addition, Geraldine is also looking to create a ballet fusion class which integrates dance exercises with exercises from other disciplines in a class designed for the general population. The inspiration for this class has been her personal experience with fitness through the years and the observation and study of individuals and the ageing process. The purpose of this class will be to improve body balance, range of motion, strength, reaction time and coordination.

"I love what I do, but the personal meaning of it would not be the same if I could not share it with others`"-Geraldine Caldart.
