Michelle is a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has been teaching Fitness classes in Montreal and especially the West Island for the past 17 years. Her goal is to get people excited about fitness and inspire them to create positive changes in their lives. She believes in providing safe and challenging classes while having fun!
Michelle began teaching Yoga after practicing and studying with great teachers such as Darby and Hart Lazer. She feels it is a great honor to teach Yoga. Her emphasis is always on alignment and she encourages her participants to remain focused on breath and to stay within the experience of their practice.
Last year, Michelle rekindled her passion for cycling and has since begun competing for the VCOM (Vélo Club de l'Ouest de Montréal) racing team. Yoga has also enhanced her cycling experience. By remaining focused and calm she is better able to cope with the physical and mental demands of racing.
Michelle enjoys an active and busy life with her husband and 2 children. Yoga continues to teach her the importance of balance and living within each moment. A message she hopes to share with those around her.
