Alex is passionate about fitness, training, and sport: being an avid fitness and yoga instructor, personal trainer, triathlete, competitive dragon boater with The Montreal Women’s Elite Team, dragon boat coach, and certified Kettlebell instructor. Alex loves training of all kinds.
Alex started her fitness career as a volunteer instructor at the NDG YMCA, and soon became the Weight Room Coordinator at the West Island YMCA, and is currently the fitness and recreation Coordinator at the West Island JCC. Alex has been working, teaching, and personal training ever since, and loves every minute of it!
