Fitness has been a passion of mine for the past 20 years. Since studying to be a Registered Nurse, I have realized how important preventative health care is by engaging in regular physical activity. I found personal balance in my life when I chose to combine my love for fitness and health with my nursing and healthcare education.
The creation of Studio B3 fitness has now become a unique and exciting opportunity for me to educate and encourage others to not only take care of our physical bodies but also improve our mental well-being.
I love to inspire and motivate those who may be looking for a new direction on how to move their bodies, have safe, fun and efficient work out. It is my desire to provide that change or push that will get you started. My strengths lie in my ability to assess client’s needs and design a program that best suits each individual.
I am committed to continually learning more about exercise, physiology, psychology and nutrition through continuing education, attending conferences and personal practice. This keeps me informed and excited about my profession as a health and fitness coach and dedicated to helping others to feel good about themselves.
I believe that by creating balance in living a life that includes movement, eating nutritiously and mindful rest can contributes to making the rest of our lives more enjoyable and efficient. My intention is to for Studio B3 to be the personal space the clients can come to for expert guidance on how to re-energize their bodies and appreciate the benefits of health and fitness...To create balance!!
