April's passion for personal training comes from her enthusiasm for guiding individuals through their own unique, personaltransformations. Her true dedication to training is evident in the
personal relationships she has developed with her clients: her job doesn't end when the training session ends. She is constantly checking in on clients, giving them pep talks, nutrition advice, and motivation to stay on the path to wellness--all with the unbridled positivity that all but glows out of her.
April's fitness philosophy is inclusive and multidimensional--she's an avid wakeboarder, paddleboarder, scuba diver, obstacle racer, yogi and is a bit of a daredevil, never having met a cliff she wouldn't jump off. She is renowned for her work with kettlebells and suspension training with that she brings freshness and innovation to the series of exercises, always finding an interesting and new way to use them. For the past four years she has been educated and trained by Chris Newton, owner of Newton's Law of Fitness, and continues her education daily, always studying new methods in the evolution of fitness to see how she can make them better, more interesting, and fun for her
