Julia is an experienced Hatha Yoga Teacher (Classical Yoga), who offers students exercises to stretch and flex the body, develop breath awareness (Pranayama), deep Yogic relaxation (Shavasana) and Meditation.
Julia is a fully certified Yoga Teacher by the Australian College of Classical Yoga under the teachings of Swami Shantananda and a member of the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia (YTAA), and has also been certified by the College in Therapeutic Meditation.
She is also a member of the Association of Teachers of Meditation (ATMA) as a Personal Development and Spiritual Guide.
Julia has a background in Pedagogy and Psychiatry which led to deepen her studies and understand the threads of the mind through Meditation.
Julia currently teaches at Fitness First, Aquarena, Simply Natural Therapies, Lululemon Athletica and Corporate classes as part of Good health Solutions, apart from her own private and public classes at her own studio, Yoga for Life.
