Her love for travel led her to beautiful Whistler, Canada where she completed her teacher training at YYOGA Neoalpine in Hot Yoga, with a further intensive in Power Vinyasa. She has also attended workshops and intensives with some incredible teachers including Jimmy Barkan (The Barkan Method), John Friend and Chris Chavez (Anusara), Manju Jois (Ashtanga) and Donna Farhi. With a background in gymnastics, Kacey was drawn to yoga for the physical benefits. She soon found value in the blissful mind-body connection that continuously inspires her to practice. The Director of Physiomoves, Kath is a qualified Physiotherapist with many years of clinical experience (more than she is game to admit!). She started teaching fitness classes while in the second year of her physiotherapy studies. This "job on the side" ignited such a spark of interest that she is still teaching people how to move, many years later. The Jane Fonda days are long gone and she (begrudgingly) gave away those fluoro leotards and legwarmers but her passion for teaching movement is very much alive. Sharon Spencer is the founding teacher of Evolve Yoga. Sharon has an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching from the Australian Yoga Academy and she has also had the opportunity to study with Mark Whitwell, Nicky Knoff, Donna Farhi, Loraine Rushton and Simon Borg-Olivier. In 2012, Sharon became an Ambassador for the Lululemon Athletica Camberwell store.
