The month of December we are featuring Absolute Yoga, of Woodbury, as our studio of the month. The instructors of Absolute Yoga are teaching our in-store class and we thank them for bringing us their practice every Sunday morning! We want to thank our November studio of the month, Om Sweet Om of Port Washington, again for giving us a wonderful month of Sunday Salutations.
