Shana Martin is a Fitness Director at Supreme Health and Fitness, TRX Master Trainer, Log Rolling Coach. Her favorite way to sweat is doing sports that she loves: log rolling, gymnastics, and running for a cause.
One of Shana’s major accomplishments was her first lumberjack (log rolling) world championship back in 2007. She was the underdog and nobody expected her to pull off a win. And then she was able to do it for four years in a row! Another great accomplishment was summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro and completing the world’s highest bungee jump both as fundraisers for the Huntington’s Disease Society of America in honor of her mother.
Shana’s priorities are her family, sleep, work, volunteer work, and friends. Her goals are to live to see a cure for Huntington’s Disease, become a World Fitness Champion, and be the greatest parent any kid could ask for someday. Shana’s big audacious goal is to be on “Dancing With the Stars” not for something like having eight children and a reality show, but rather for having changed the world.
Shana believes that life is too short for hate and anger and that our bodies are too amazing not to be used. She has the ability to smile in any situation and to not take life too seriously.
