Sarah Mathis has always been a fitness enthusiast. Ever since she watched her mom dress in a leotard and sweat during step aerobics in the 90s, Sarah knew that one day she would become a fitness instructor. She started her fitness career by teaching TurboKick, PiYo and Zumba. In order to keep her body (and mind) balanced and healthy, she added Yoga and Pilates.
As a Fitness Professional, Sarah’s current focus is Yoga and Pilates. She appreciates the transformational aspect of the practice and wants to share this experience with the Madison community. Sarah has experience leading teacher training programs, both Pilates and Yoga. Her passion is to enhance the fitness community by developing future teachers.
Sarah is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Pilates instructor, a Barreamped teacher, is certified to teach TurboKick and Piyo, and is also licensed to teach Zumba. She also holds her ACE certification in personal training and group fitness.
