Rachael Cameron is a joyful, devoted yogi, group fitness addict and mother. She is dedicated to finding fun new ways to challenge herself physically every day and loves running, cycling, tennis and of course, yoga. Rachael currently teaches several types of yoga as well as meditation and barre in Madison WI. She has had the privilege to study with Eoin Finn, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman Yee, Jason Crandle, Sean Corn, Cyndi Lee and Rajashree Choudhury over the past 9 years. She endorses a focused, dedicated practice and it is her intention to encourage and inspire others to find their own path to physical and mental wellness. RYT 200.
