Come join Misty as she takes you through a energetic Mommy & Me Bootcamp. This interactive class will challenge all levels with resistance training and cardio. There will of course be some mom and tot fun play time and stretching at the end of the hour. Bring your kiddo, stroller (w/ rain cover if needed), water bottle, and a mat.
