Annie Locke is a highly-motivated fitness and aerobics professional with 26 years experience as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and fitness coach. A former television personality, Annie has been a successful business owner, running coach, and is well-versed in all areas of physical performance. As a fitness professional, she's been featured on television, radio, and in numerous local and regional publications. She's the past and current Chairperson of the annual Champions4Her race event in Louisville, Kentucky, and has earned numerous certifications.
In other words, Annie has done every form of exercise you can name, and specialized in cycling, running, swimming, and high impact aerobics. She's raced marathons, triathlons, and everything in between.
