Ami McMullen

A classically trained ballet dancer, Ami has been dedicated to movement from a young age. She transitioned from a career in dance into teaching group fitness classes and personal training. Since graduating with her degree in Exercise and Sport Science, she has had the opportunity to work with some of the top minds in the fitness industry. Having studied directly under the creators of both TRX Suspension Training and Rip Training programs, she has traveled extensively throughout the country as a TRX Master Instructor. Brooke Vernon

Brooke was born and raised right here in the Bluegrass state. Growing up, she was active in many competitive sports. She earned her degree in Nursing, where she worked for a Cardiology practice administering exercise stress tests. Brooke shares her passion for fitness with the community in many forms. She is an instructor at Pure Barre Summit. She obtained her personal training certification through NASM, and is training clients at Kentucky Sports Performance, where her motto is “discover your inner athlete”. She is currently obtaining her fitness nutrition certification through NASM as well. She is an avid marathoner, having complete twelve marathons, including the Boston Marathon five consecutive years. Case Belcher

Four Barrel CrossFit

Case Belcher is the owner and head coach of Four Barrel CrossFit. He opened the company in 2012 with the passion of bringing a 360-degree approach to fitness and nutrition to the Southern Indiana and Louisville Community. Case has always had a zeal for coaching and teaching others. While in business school he worked as a personal trainer, and then started coaching CrossFit while working a corporate job after college. After being “chained“ to a desk for 3 years in the corporate world, he decided to follow his passion and opened ClarkFloyd in early 2012. Leigh Anne Albrechta

Leigh Anne moved to Louisville 3 years ago to dance with the Louisivlle Ballet. She tell us that her yoga practice suffered as she fully became immersed into her profession. But at the end of her ballet season, she was craving yoga. "So, I thought, what better way to dive back into my practice than by doing a week long teacher training. After that I was hooked on both teaching and practicing yoga as much as possible." Leigh Anne explains that her favorite posture is half pigeon. Susan Schroeder

Susan had the incredible fortune to find the path of yoga at 17 years old. Since then, Susan has found communities from coast to coast to share her passion for this ancient tradition, deoviting most ofher 5+ years of teaching to her hometown Louisville family. With almost 1000 hours of training with amazing teachers including Ramanand Patel; Laura Spalding; Tara Judelle; John Friend, Susan continues to hone her skills as a lifelong student to inspire yogis of all ages, levels, and sizes around the Louisville area and beyond. Taylor McFarlane

Taylor started practicing yoga in 2009 and found her way to Connecticut in 2010 to pursue the practice that had fascinated her since the moment she rolled out the mat. Under the spectacular and loving guidance of Mitchel and Tracy Bleier and Donna Jackson at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint, Taylor completed her 500-hour level trainings over the course of 2 years. Living in Louisville, KY today, Taylor continues to travel to CT on a regular basis to study and teach under the tutelage of Mitchel and Tracy at Yogapata. For Taylor, the yoga community has opened endless opportunities in self-discovery.
