Quite simply, Kelly's pursuing a life-long passion for fitness. After leaving a 9-year career in sales, Kelly began training friends and family out of a spare bedroom in their house. Friends and family led to other friends and coworkers and before she knew it, her schedule was full. Training mostly groups of 2 & 3 in her converted spare room, running bootcamp style workouts from the backyard and garage, Kelly helped her clients succeed in an unconventional setting. With limited space, she utilized free weights, tubes, medicine balls, boxing gloves, Bosu balls, etc. using high intensity cardiovascular intervals mixed with full body strength training. Advocating muscle confusion, Kelly keeps the workouts different every week. The workouts are designed to challenge limits. Her motto: "you can do anything for 60 seconds!"
