Bethany is an energetic, playful, positive and approachable yoga instructor and performance coach. In Bethany's classes you will experience killer playlists, fluid sequences, and creative use of props. Bethany has been known to use tennis balls for myofascial release, and straps, blankets and blocks to deepen poses.
Bethany completed her training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. Her relentless love of learning leads her to attend many workshops and conferences - most recently the Canadian Positive Psychology Conference in Toronto.
