As a wife of 22 years and a mother of 3, Michelle's two decade exercise regimen has allowed her to live a rich and full life. Michelle's health conscience mom was absolutely opposed to processed foods, soda pop, kool-aid, boxed brownies, so she ate real food made from scratch. In essence, her life was built on a holistic approach to nutrition. Concluding that food is fuel through many years of experience and increased knowledge, she has brought awareness to her clients, acquaintances, family and friends on the importance of proper nutrition, despite what tricky labels and marketing may promote. When you’re racing the body like a high performance sports car, you must put the right gas in the tank.
