Jen was introduced to yoga in 1995 and gives thanks daily for the subtle and profound ways these ancient practices have affected her life. She believes the true benefits of yoga are experienced in everyday life experiences off the mat and she aspires to help students cultivate the inner tools to raise consciousness and step into their fullest potential. She credits yoga with easing adrenal exhaustion, making pregnancy & birth rich experiences and giving her skills to navigate the ever-changing waves of life.
In 2010 she completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training at Kansas Siddhi Yoga. She offers deepest pranams to her teacher, Gina Caputo and to Shiva Rea for evolving her personal practice into the gift of Prana Flow. She has also been influenced by the nurturing teaching style of Emily Darling.
Spending ten years growing an aromatherapy business, Blooming Lotus, and raising her sacred son, Harper, has brought deep awareness to the need for stress relief and balance in our crazy-busy lives. Jen is motivated by her desire to help people shift their daily habits to live consciously and discover their most joyous, authentic selves. She approaches yoga and life with a deep sense of gratitude and compassion and a spirited sense of humor. Her intention is to empower and inspire students on their path of transformation.
