Later as a graduate student earning her Master’s in Psychology, she again studied the body, mind, and spirit healing qualities of yoga at Sonoma State University in California. She’s been a practicing psychotherapist since 1992. Amy completed her yoga teacher training under the guidance and expertise of Nancy Schalk in February of 2003. Erin Morgan fell in love with yoga during her time as a journalism student in college. She retreated to her mat as a way to deal with stress and get the creative juices flowing. Since that time she has maintained a strong practice for more than 8 years. After college Erin left for the west coast where she took every class she could find in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. During this time in Los Angeles her practice deepened being surrounded by inspiring teachers and fellow yogis. It was then that she decided to become a yoga instructor and work toward sharing yoga with others. Before fully realizing that yoga was the path for her, she studied dance from a very young age, and attended a high school in New York that emphasized dance and surrounded her with culture, experience and inspiration. She carried her love for dance to college which provided a creative outlet and a sense of physical discipline. Shea Rankin

Shea has always been an athlete, but it wasn’t until several wild college years, an unhealthy lifestyle and a few extra pounds, that being active became a priority. Shea competed in her first triathlon at age 23. She was in poor shape and went straight to the race after closing the bar she tended in the early morning! Not an ideal way to start a race for most triathletes. She finished the race and fueled by its energy and her love for competing, she couldn’t wait to do it again. Fast forward 15 years - Shea has competed in 100’s of triathlons, from sprint distance to the Ironman distance.
