Kelly Milton was raised in Pensacola, Florida and has always had a love for nutrition and fitness. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she received her degree in Management and also in Food Science and Human Nutrition. After graduating, she pursued her career with restaurant management still unsure of her career choice. Having problems with low back pain, Kelly discovered Pilates as a way to help alleviate the problem. She felt a great passion for Pilates and the results that came with the form of movement. She did some research and enrolled in Body Arts and Science International. After working in a gym atmosphere for 6 years I realized the discomfort people felt having other people watching them exercise. Not only did clients have a hard time getting to the gym frequently but consistency became an issue. Struggling to get time on the equipment while lots of other people were exercising was frustrating. Someone asked me to train them in their home instead, and the rest became history. I now go home to home and work with my clients on an individual basis. I also meet some of my clients at public parks as well as onsite at their businesses.
