Kelley is the Group Fitness Director for Fit Athletic Club. She has been working in the fitness industry since 1998 both teaching group fitness and personal training. She holds a B.S. in exercise physiology from Texas A&M University as well as a Masters in nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She is certified with top credentials from NSCA for personal training, AFAA for group fitness, and is a trained Pilates instructor.

Kelley is passionate and dedicated to helping people with a desire to improve their lives. Her philosophy as a trainer and nutritionist is that body, mind, and spirit are inseparable, and in order to lead an extraordinary life, all three must be healthy. By helping her clients establish healthy lifestyles, Kelley’s goal is to enable each of her clients to create a strong and healthy body that he or she is deeply proud of. Fitness goes beyond simply coming into the gym and going thru mindless “exercises.” Fitness is established by consciously living in a manner that is respectful to and honors your body. It includes well planned exercise, well planned eating patterns, and positive belief systems.
