Alright Houston - we heard you loud and clear! You loved Sunset Salutations...but with summer fun and this great Texas heat, you've decided you'd prefer a Sunrise Salutations, and we're happy to accommodate!
Our in-store yoga class is now permanently held every Sunday from 11am-noon. For the month of July, we are featuring Yoga Ananda - so come join us the 5th, 12th and 19th for a wonderful devotional practice.
*There will be no in-store class on Sunday, July 26th.
