Sunday, December 7th will be taught by Anisha Desai from The Cohasset Yoga Center.
Anisha Desai is a passionate and inspired yoga teacher who began her practice in 2003. She recently completed a certification program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She plans to continue her studies in the Anusara style of yoga, which emphasizes alignment, blanced action in the body and heart openness. In addition to her yoga practice and teaching, Anisha is a licensed Acupuncturist, a certified Qi Gong Therapist and a Pan Gu Shengong instructor. Anisha brings a deep understanding of how energy flows through the body to both her acupuncture practice and her teaching. She invites her students to connect more deeply with their own inherent radiance.
