Chris secured a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kiniesiology from the University of Michigan
And is now the owner of Crossfit Westchester. He is an avid fitness enthusiast who throughout the years has tried all modes of fitness training. It wasn’t until he found CrossFit, that he was fully convinced that this was the methodology of training which yielded the most measurable, and impressive results. Chris enjoys pushing his body not only to its physical limits, but also to its utmost mental capacity. He challenges himself monthly with local CrossFit competitions as well as adventure races, muay thai, brazilian jiu jitsu and the list goes on. After nursing some nagging injuries Chris placed 22nd in the 2011 Northeast Regional competition (arguably the strongest region in the world), as well as 5th in the 2012 NE CrossFit Games Open. Chris has set his sites on competing at the 2013 CrossFit games.
