What is the Guest Education Centre?
The Guest Education Centre (GEC) is your primary point of contact outside of our retail stores. Our main objective at the GEC is to educate guests on the phone or via email on lululemon products, process phone orders, process gift card sales, process returns, resolve guest inquiries, provide company information and support our amazing stores!

We will verify availability, process a phone sale and ship the items directly to you via UPS.
How can I purchase a gift card?
You can buy gift cards at your local lululemon retail store. If you do not live near a store you can order them over the phone by calling us 1.877.263.9300. Our gift cards are available in any denomination and they never expire. We can send the cards to you, to a friend or to a family member. And they come in a cute goal-setting envelope.

How do I care for my luon product?
Optimal care:
- The best (recommended): machine wash cold, and hang to dry.
- The usual: can also wash warm, dry warm if preferred.
- Always: avoid washing with anything abrasive. Also, avoid washing/drying with any cottons as the fibres cling to luon and create pilling.
- Refrain from using fabric softener, as this will inhibit the wicking properties of the fabric.
- Heat may break down the Lycra.
