What is Karve?
An evolved exercise method stemming from Callanetics and the Lotte Berk Method, the Karve exercise technique creates a lean, firm, sculpted body by reshaping and elongating the major muscles. Karve combines Pilates, core work, ballet barre, yoga, and orthopedic exercises while maintaining an intense pace that burns fat and increases stamina. We guarantee you’ll be coming back for more when you see what this class does for your body.
You'll "carve" away at your core and your arms, and your hips and legs will tighten and lift. Karve focuses on strengthening the larger muscle groups, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus muscles, and shoulders, in addition to the abdominals. After each muscle group is worked through high repetition and small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to release and invigorate the muscles. Stretching is focused primarily on the hips, chest and lower back to improve posture and body alignment.
The goal of Karve is to quickly transform the body in to a beautiful, healthy body equal in strength, balance and flexibility.
