Join us for a complimentary class every Sunday morning from 9:45am - 10:45am.
Erin Paruszewski of The Dailey Method will lead a class that strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. Light weights along with mat work will target the upper body, thighs, seat and abs. After each muscle group is worked, they are then stretched to lenghten the muscles.
Classes suitable for all levels - beginners welcome!
