Release holiday stress and bring in new healing energy through Laughter Yoga with Leanna Jennings! The combination of gentle stretching and yoga breathing techniques provide increased oxygen levels and improved flexibility. Adding childlike playfulness through a series of laughter exercises will bring joy to your soul and peace to your heart. This class will include a brief intro to Laughter Yoga, some centering and warm-ups followed by a series of laughter exercises. The benefits of the healing energy created will be felt almost immediately as we begin to ground ourselves into a restorative meditation. Be prepared to let your inner child roam free to view the world with a heightened awareness through this lighthearted practice.
