Every Saturday morning we offer a complimentary class featuring different local instructors/studios from 10:00am to 11:00am, and for the next several weeks we're gonna add some spice to your life! In addition to an array of fantastic and diverse yoga classes, we will be mixing it a up bit with a variety of fitness classes led by a sampling of your community superstar instructors. This Saturday, September 6th we are delighted to present Kat Luchessi of Gold's Naples who will lead us in a fierce, firming core-concentrated workout.
