how do I ship my online return? |

To return an item to our ecommerce warehouse, you'll need to complete a return form. Log into your account. Under 'order history,' click on 'track or edit your orders.' On the next page, click on the 'view order' button for the shipment you want to return. When the invoice page opens, click on the 'return or exchange items' link. Fill out the forms and print the final page (you'll need to include this in with returns along with your original packing slip). Send your returns to the lululemon address shown on the return form you printed. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of shipping merchandise back to us is not refunded. |

In order to serve our guests better, we have two warehouses ─ one in Canada and one in the US. The advantage of this is that guests don't pay customs duties (we don't cross-border ship). The disadvantage is that the warehouses sell out at different rates so one site may still have items that have sold out on the other. |
