Kindness Yoga Studios
Kirk was working 90 hour weeks and wearing his shoulders as earrings when he found yoga in 2005. Always the competitive athlete, he loved the physicality of yoga. When the spiritual and philosophical side of yoga were exposed to him, he was hooked. Yoga provided him what his other activities couldn’t, the ability to foster the benefits of practice both on and off of the mat. His yoga philosophy is to “yogafy” the world by making yoga accessible to as many people as possible through his company peoplesyoga.com that streams studio yoga classes live to your computer from the comfort of your home, office or hotel. He is also a partner in Kindness Yoga in Denver. Kirk knows that yoga can be intimidating, so he creates a class that is playful and inviting while still being challenging and safe. His creatively planned classes will give you more confidence, help keep you injury free, build strength and flexibility, and establish clarity. His classes are themed with a message that is accessible and will inspire you to take with you off your mat. Kirk helps you to connect with your higher Self as you peel away the layers and bring out the best in yourself.
