Natalie is passionate about running, fitness, nutrition and everything that helps
her shine bright and share positivity with others. Natalie has always been
involved with sports since she was a child. As her running talents developed she
often found herself in positions of leadership on teams. She graduated with a
degree in business marketing as a scholar athlete at Concordia University, Irvine,
where her Cross Country team held a combined team National Championship
and she achieved the title of All-American in the Marathon with her PR of 3:04.
Since college she has managed to combine her passion for health and fitness
into a career. She also makes time to teaching spin classes at Bike2theBeat and
she assisted in creating and leading the CrossFit Newport Beach’s Run Team.
Her mission is to inspire others and she does so by participation with charities.
“Running means so much more to me when I can change the lives of others for
the better” says Natalie. Natalie participated with Challenged Athletes Foundation
in the 2011 inaugural California Coastal Relay Challenge from San Francisco to
San Diego, a 667 mile world record event while raising $5,500 for athletes that
have been faced with physical disabilities that need specialized equipment to
participate in sports. In 2012 she completed her first ultra marathon 50K race
and raised over 3K to support John Wayne Cancer Foundation in honor of Laura
Luna who passed due to breasta cancer. You’ll see Natalie now participating in
CrossFit, snowboarding, spin classes, hiking, pilates, charity work and where she
feels most inspired,running.
