Each of our manufacturing partners commits in writing to upholding this code of conduct. Our partners also prominently display the code of conduct in their factories as a reminder to everyone of the safe and healthy environment they will provide. If the terms in our code of conduct are not met, actions are immediately taken. You can read more about these steps in our factories.
While the code of conduct speaks to our product factory partners, it is also a tool for the actions of all lululemon educators and support centre employees. The ethical guidelines in the code speak to how we select any other business partner, and also to how we ourselves perform in the global community.
