It is so stylish AND functional. The length is perfect and the zipper pockets are very useful. I've had the pink one for awhile and just bought the gray one this weekend because I wear the pink one practically everywhere. I had NO IDEA that the zipper pull could be used as a hair tie. It was so good I ordered a black one through the Syndey, Mossman store (awesome service!). They are my staples now becasue of all the things mentioned. I can wear them to school (I'm a primary (elementary) school teacher and look stylish and not tooo sporty. One teeny tiny problem...I wear them both weekly and over the last month or so the seams on the inside of the arms have pilled BADLY. I have to very careful cut all the pilling off every so often and am worried I'll accidentally snip the seam and cause problems! Apart from that: best jacket ever, made for my body and to mooooove.
