I also have to run from workouts to work and have found that I need a little extra
“wipe-down” when I don’t always have time to
shower…have you heard of Paqit towelettes? I found mine on Flight011.com. They are the best little all natural wipes. They come individually packaged so I easily can slip them in my gym bag. They have been life-savers for me!
