If you've been a fan of lululemon for a while, you might know that our products change from season to season. Inseams are lengthened and shortened, hidden pockets are added, and new fabric, colours, and patterns are introduced. Why do we continue to experiment with the fit and function of our technical athletic wear? Because of feedback.
We're out there collecting feedback from athletes at design meetings, from our Facebook and Twitter pages, and from our guests who call and email us at the Guest Education Centre. Feedback allows us to continue to innovate and make products that are better and better.

In fact, feedback is so important to lululemon that we decided to add the option for our guests to add their thoughts on every product on lululemon.com. This section of the website is called "we heart feedback", and you can find it on every product detail page. It looks like this:

To add your two cents on any product, click "create feedback", and follow the steps to create an account. You will have to choose a username and provide a few details about yourself.
What if I don't want my feedback to be public?
If you're feeling a little shy, we understand - actually, we request that you don't use your real name for your username. Public feedback can really help other guests make decisions (for example, I have short legs and would love to know which pants fit other people with short legs well), so we encourage you to log in and tell the world what you think! If you have general feedback, please read the next question.
What should I do if I have general feedback or something to say not related to the products on lululemon.com?
For all other feedback, please contact our team of educators at the Guest Education Centre (1.877.263.9300 option 2). They will be able to direct your comments to the right department and find solutions to any issues. We also have a convenient online form for general feedback as well if email is more your style.
what next?
Head over to our products section and tell us which tank top you want to marry, which pair of running shorts you think needs an extra pocket, or which yoga mat you prefer and why. We're waiting for you with our ears wide open!
